**Position Overview**
In your role as a Sales Operations Associate (m/w/d) Wholesale, part-time, Region Germany, you will support our sales team in all administrative and organizational aspects of day-to-day business and ensure professional and excellent customer service at all times.
The position is scheduled with 20 hours/week and fixed term.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Contact person for our Eastern European customers
- Order management (input of prebooks and reorders, order comparison, EDI transmission, preparation and dispatch of order confirmations)
- Active support in achieving our fiscal and quarterly targets
- Maintenance of analyses and reports as well as creation of templates and overviews
- Complaint and return management
- Regular communication and coordination with adjacent departments (Finance, Logistics, Production and Brand Planning)
**Experience, Skills & Knowledge**
- Successfully completed commercial or academic training, preferably with a business background
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Pleasure in dealing with customers
- High level of service orientation and communication skills
- Structured and reliable operation
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Safe handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & SAP
