**Roll dimension**: As part of our team, you’ll support both marketing and product management functions, contributing to real projects that shape the future of our personal care and beauty business.**
**Your responsibilities**:

- **Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives.**:

- **Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and digital content.**:

- **Support the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns.**:

- **Analyze consumer trends and insights to help identify new business opportunities.**:

- **Contribute to project management efforts, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.**

**Job requirements**:

- **Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.**:

- **Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.**:

- **Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva or AI tools is a plus.**:

- **Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management.**:

- **Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal).**:

- **Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.**:

- **Team-oriented with a creative and solution-focused mindset.**:

- **Fluent in English (German or French is a plus, but not required)**
