Your Role

This role will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the pricing strategy to maximize profitability and market competitiveness as a central role inside the newly created center of excellence. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with overall business goals, and will be a crucial function to make a consistent but diversified price guidance available to the organisation.

The Global Pricing Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing a comprehensive pricing portfolio that supports product positioning, including the implementation of value-based pricing strategies on a global Food & Beverage level.

This requisition is a fulltime position to be located in our global headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.

• Pricing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and refinement of pricing strategies that align with the company's objectives with focus on identifying value.
• Value-Based Pricing: Implement value-based pricing strategies to ensure that products and services are priced according to the perceived value to the customer.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to enable functional pricing strategy on product families.
• Facilitate cascading from global to regional for global functional portfolio.
• Governance: Establish pricing governance frameworks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with category, portfolio, sales, finance to ensure cohesive pricing strategies.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor pricing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and implement changes to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Establish functional relationships between central and decentral team and relevant stakeholders.

About You

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pricing preferably within a similar industry, with focus on price strategy.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable pricing strategies.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
