**Your Responsibilities**:
As Team Lead (M/F/d) Product Management, you will drive the success of your Product Area and guide your Product Managers (PMs). By defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap, you will ensure high-quality products that align with company strategy and meet customer needs. Fostering a collaborative, innovative environment, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, empowering your teams to contribute to the organization’s goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- You will recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing Product Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- You will foster a strong feedback culture and promote continuous improvement within your team.
- By translating company strategy into actionable product vision and roadmaps, you will guide your teams in their implementation.
- Advocating for solutions that align with user needs and business objectives will be central to your role, driving cross-team prioritization and decision-making.
- You will partner with stakeholders to anticipate customer needs, using data and research to inform decisions.
- You will ensure high-quality product delivery throughout the entire lifecycle, aligning objectives with Product & Engineering OKRs.
- Collaboration with UX, Engineering, and other teams will help create impactful solutions and ensure a smooth development process.
- Additionally, you will support Go-To-Market strategies for product launches and represent the product vision in internal and external events.

**What you need to succeed**:

- You hold a degree or equivalent education and have several years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in successfully launching or improving products—ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- You have demonstrated experience in leading and coaching Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
- You are familiar with working with OKRs and aligning teams around measurable outcomes, and you approach challenges with a collaborative mindset, always seeking to foster empathy for both users and peers.
- You possess a strong understanding of agile practices and methodologies, such as Scrum, and are adaptable and comfortable with change.
- You are also driven by high curiosity and a strong will to learn, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge.
- You are business fluent English, additional languages such as German is a plus.
