**Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor (m/w/d) - Freelancer**:
**für die Region Bremen**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Durchführung von Bewertungen und Analysen im Bereich Lebensmittelsicherheit, Markenstandards und Arbeitsplatzsicherheit an Kundenstandorten
- Beratung, Coaching und Schulung von Kunden hinsichtlich der neuesten Praktiken im Bereich Lebensmittelsicherheit, Gesundheit und Hygiene
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem EcoSure Account Management zur Lösung von Kundenherausforderungen
- Durchführung einer einvernehmlich festgelegten Anzahl von Audits pro Quartal, die die Kundenerwartungen erfüllt oder übertrifft
- Erstellung ausführlicher Berichte sowie Aufbau effektiver Kundenkommunikation und -beziehungen

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Hochschulstudium mit mind. 2 Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich Food Service, Gastronomie oder Hotelgewerbe
- Zertifizierungen im Bereich Lebensmittelsicherheit (z.B. HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA (RS, REHS oder CP-FS)) wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Lebensmittelsicherheit und Markenstandards im Einzelhandel sowie Trainings
- oder Coaching-Erfahrung in einem lebensmittelbezogenen Bereich
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent sowie eine lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft (deutschlandweit) sowie die Bereitschaft gelegentlich am Abend und an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
- Führerscheinklasse B und private Haftpflichtversicherung
