Global Compliance Director Calid Group

Overview:
As a key member of the global Legal, Compliance & ESG team at Bruker you have the opportunity to help our business divisions in areas like cancer research, neuroscience, cleantech, food, proteomics and microbiology to succeed. We’ve been driving innovation in analytical instrumentation for 60 years now. **Responsibilities**:

- Deploy an effective compliance management program globally at Bruker Calid group in line with corporate standards
- Partnering with sales, marketing and other functions to ensure Innovation with Integrity
- Continuously improve compliance tech stack and operations
- Reporting to the group general counsel and liaising with the Finance, HR, ESG, Data Privacy and export compliance teams.
- Lead the group’s compliance team, outside vendors and manage the compliance budget

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position. Preference for experience at a (US) listed company; technology company background preferred
- Strong commercial understanding together with sound business judgment and a balanced approach to risk mitigation
- Good judgment in determining how to prioritize in a fast growing organization with an entrepreneurial culture and dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate and connect with business partners at all levels
