Unser Mandant ist ein erfolgreicher internationaler Maschinenbaukonzern mit zehn Produktionsstandorten und mehr als zwanzig Vertriebs
- und Service-Gesellschaften weltweit. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt mehrere tausend Mitarbeitende und erwirtschaftet einen Umsatz von ca. 800 Mio. Euro. Die innovativen Produkte unseres Auftraggebers finden Anwendung in diversen Wachstumsmärkten. Im Zuge einer Nachfolgebesetzung sucht unser Mandant einen Head of Sustainability (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Statusanalyse im Rahmen der globalen Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von vier Mitarbeitenden
- CSR-Ziele und -Maßnahmen definieren, entwickeln und umsetzen
- Sicherstellung der nicht-finanziellen Berichtserstattung zur inhaltlichen Arbeit und über die zeitliche Entwicklung der CSR-Maßnahmen und -Ergebnisse
- Erstellung eines Investitions
- und Ressourcenplans zur Durchführung der CSR-Maßnahmen
- Kommunikation der CSR-Strategie innerhalb der Organisation
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung der CSR-Strategie unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Technologien und Methoden
- Entwicklung einer Energiestrategie zur Umsetzung zur Erreichung des Null-Kohlenstoff-Emissionsziels
- Verantwortung für die am CSR-Prozess beteiligten Mitarbeitenden
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der ESG/EHS-Software

Qualifikation
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Ingenieurwissenschaften, Bau
- und Umweltingenieurwesen, Bio-, Umwelt
- und Prozesstechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
- Umfangreiche Praxiserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich CSR, Sustaniability und/oder Energiemanagement
- Gutes Hintergrundwissen über relevante Trends in der Energieerzeugung
- Eigenverantwortliche, proaktive, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Einen wertschätzenden, motivierenden und zielorientierten Führungs
- sowie Kommunikationsstil
- Teamfähigkeit, gutes Zeitmanagement, sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft
