**Responsibilities**:

- Guide & consult customers to design best in ServiceNow, through new solutions and best practice
- Main point of contact for customers, as a trusted and expert advisor
- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, documenting all requirements
- Providing expert level technical mentoring to development team
- Delivering hands-on configuration, development and integration services

**Skills & Experience**:

- Fluent in German & English
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or IT
- 5+ years of development experience and implementation of SaaS
- Minimum of 3 years ServiceNow experience - working with minimum of 3 ServiceNow modules
- 5+ years of technical consultancy experience
- Excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills
