**Über Uns**

Die AIXEMTEC GmbH ist ein junges Maschinenbau
- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Fokus auf Produktionslösungen für anspruchsvolle optische Systeme. Das Unternehmen wurde 2016 von Mitarbeitern des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Produktionstechnologie IPT in Aachen gegründet und liefert heute Maschinen an Hightech-Unternehmen in der ganzen Welt. Wir entwickeln intelligente Maschinen und Montage
- & Testprozesse für optische Systeme der nächsten Generation und vertreiben diese u.a. in den Branchen Medizintechnik, Life Science, Automotive und Consumer Devices. Unsere Montage
- & Testlösungen kommen beispielsweise zum Einsatz bei der Herstellung von Sensoren und Kameras für das autonome Fahren, die Gestenerkennung sowie für die Strahlführung von Hochleistungslasern.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des Engineering Bereiches
- Definition von internen Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen sowie deren Dokumentation in Standardabläufen (SOPs)
- Vorantreiben der Standardisierung/Modularisierung
- Neu
- und Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Systemlösungen, Sondermaschinen und Komponenten
- Kundenbezogene Modifikation von standardisierten Systemkomponenten
- Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen & Klärung der technischen Machbarkeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Service
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung in der Prozessentwicklung & Automatisierungstechnik
- Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten
- Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Lösung komplexer, technischer Aufgaben
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
