**Your contribution will be**
- Being a part of the management team and responsible for all financial and administrative processes of FOUR PAWS Germany
- Being responsible for a team of 23 people in the areas of finance, administration, donor services and legacies
- Developing, implementing and monitoring the processes within your departments in collaboration with the team leaders
- Being the contact person for banks, insurance companies, auditors, tax consultants and authorities

**Your profile ideally illustrates**
- Degree in business administration or finance with a focus on controlling, accounting or business administration
- Relevant professional experience and management experience, ideally from the NGO environment
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent German and very good English
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
