The Walter AG based in Tübingen is looking for:
Business Process Expert (M/F/d) Engineering Solutions - location flexible in Europe

Your mission:
- Your core task will be to revise, optimize and further develop the relevant Inquiry-to-Cash processes and to drive automation solutions within the Sales Process- Another part of your job will be to recognize fields of action on the basis of evaluations and analysis (process mining with e.g., Celonis) and use them to develop, coordinate and introduce measures and activities- In order to secure an excellent demand management, you are in close contact with all sales organizations and promote to distinctly improve our processes- An entrepreneurial thinking approach is important to ensure that business requirements are proactively being collected, analyzed and reviewed in order to meet customer demands and achieve business goals. You identify new opportunities and always have an overview of challenges and possible risks- As driver in change processes, you ensure evaluation, prioritization and implementation of the business requirements along with subsequent tests and approvals- Among other things you take care of the documentation of the global Inquiry-to-Cash processes and support to document them in Aris- After becoming an expert on certain topics, you are first contact for our global key users and train them while also preparing the training documents and sharing your knowledge. Based on the feedback you receive; you identify the most purposeful requirements inside Walter- Being part of an international team brings challenges and opportunities, for which you are happy to take over responsibility

**Profile**:
- You have an education in business informatics and/ or industrial education, with several years of professional experience- Processes within Inquiry-to-Cash as well as engineering solutions fascinate you- You have a driver personality, and you have knowledge of project management. A structured and process-oriented way of working is what you like- We are looking for someone, who works independently and wants to take over responsibility, with analytical and strategic thinking- Being an open-minded and great communicator with very good English skills helps you on your way to success. Your passion is to share your knowledge and train others- At the same time, having IT-understanding and experience in working together with IT will facilitate your start. Having good knowledge of SAP ERP, Process Mining (like Celonis), CRM, MS Office as well as very good experience in engineering solutions such as Walter Web Solutions, Cut View and CAM Programming are an advantage- You are willing to travel for business purposes
