Your new place of work is at the HQ at** KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA** in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.

**Your Tasks**:

- Cost controlling: collection and analysis of production costs, development of standard costs, conduction of variance analysis and identification cost saving opportunities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: support the Business Partners Controlling with COGM calculation as well as the steering collection of production details
- Closings: preparation of WIP booking, calculation of COGS by crop for quarterly closing, and inventory management (limited scope)
- Master data: maintenance of master data in accordance with established steering models
- Collaboration and communication: collaborating with international production and controlling colleagues to ensure cost control governance

**Your Profile**:

- Completed master’s degree in economics, business administration, agricultural economics, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience - demonstrated through internships, student work, etc. - in (production) controlling and/or finance, ideally in an international environment
- Proficient in MS Excel - experience with SAP R3, S/4HANA, and Business Warehouse is advantageous
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Structured, goal-oriented working style combined with good organizational skills and high self-motivation
- Hands-on mentality
- Team player
- A very good command of English; German language skills are an asset
