**New Moon Production** is a remote working Hamburg based studio, bringing new and exciting games to the market. Since its founding in 2016, it has released multiple games on different platforms, such as Apple Store, Google Play, Windows Store, Steam, Humble Bundle, Mac Store and many more, including the much beloved _Big Farm: Mobile Harvest_, enjoyed by a quarter of a million players daily. The "New Moon Family'' is made up of approximately 85 highly talented individuals from all over the world and more than 17 nations. Since 2021, New Moon Production has been part of Stillfront Group AB, which is a group of independent developers, publishers and distributors of digital games - with a vision to become the leading group of game developers and publishers. ***: **YOUR MISSION**: - You focus on designing, developing and maintaining gameplay systems supporting long-term feature reusability with the aim to maximize player engagement, ensuring effective monetisation and player retention - You continuously refine game features and events by integrating player feedback, data analysis, and AI insights - Design expected progression models in Excel/Google sheets in order to predict the users progression within the game - You heavily utilize AI tools in your daily work to leverage your own output, ensuring a cutting-edge gaming experience for all players - Document and present your input using user stories, flowcharts and wireframes to clearly communicate your designs to all teams and stakeholders - You skillfully transfer and adapt successful game mechanics from various genres ***: **YOUR BACKSTORY**: - Several years of experience in F2P games or working on at least 1 shipped title - You have a deep understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in-game economies and community feedback - You strive to take ownership and excel in getting things done by getting your hands dirty in Google Sheets, ChatGPT or similar - You are a resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about seeking new ways to enhance performance - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English ***: **SOUNDS GREAT?
