**My duties**
- Enable effective community building across Pharma Research and Early Development Precision Medicine (PH RD RED preMED) and with key Pharma interfaces
- Actively foster and promote innovation culture and collaboration by spotlighting people in action and other activities
- Execute communication, provide community and support. Working with the RED preMED teams
- Execute activities to connect the community across the various sites and collaborate with the overall community
- Devise and execute communications targeted to drive visibility and cohesive internal communication
- Support the onboarding of employees as needed to help ensure their successful transition

**My qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent (apprenticeship) in relevant field
- Experience in HR, communications, marketing, or life science role
- Experience within a Life Sciences company
- Ability to develop a channel content strategy in-tune with business strategy, and then manage & execute against a program calendar
- Excellent command of English and German (written and oral), in informal and formal settings
- Proven ability to make strong connections and drive implementation across formal and informal channels
