At WKND, we're looking for a super talented and results-driven marketer to plan, run, and make magic happen with our paid media campaigns Focus on programmatic advertising, paid social media, and PPC channels to drive targeted traffic, boost conversions, and help us conquer the online gambling industry Join our team and let's make some serious marketing magic together

**Responsibilities**:

- **Paid Media Strategy and Planning**:Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to align with overall marketing objectives.
- **Programmatic Advertising**:Plan, execute, and optimise programmatic campaigns across platforms. Manage inventory, media buying, and messaging for the right audience at the right time.
- **Paid Social Media Advertising**: Implement paid strategies on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Twitter. Create and manage ad campaigns, optimise based on key metrics, and stay updated with trends.
- **PPC Advertising**:Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, conduct keyword research, and optimise bid management. Monitor and analyse metrics for data-driven optimisations.
- **Campaign Optimisation and Reporting**: Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics. Conduct A/B testing for enhancement and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required.
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist, preferably in online gambling or gaming.
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, paid social media platforms, and PPC advertising, including Google Ads.
- Experience with campaign management platforms and tools like DSPs, social media ad managers, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and making data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Adherence to industry guidelines, regulations, and compliance in the online gambling industry.
