**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Sourcing**: Develop engaging and informative content for multiple platforms, collaborating with internal teams and sourcing high-quality content from external agencies while adhering to copyright compliance regulations.
- **SEO Content Optimization**:Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and collaborate with the SEO agency to optimize content for search engines.
- **Coordinating Creative Assets**: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that align with brand guidelines and continuously analyze and optimize creative for improved metrics.
- **Organic Social Media Management**: Devise and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, while monitoring and optimizing content based on social media metrics.
- **Branding and Social Media Channel Management**: Maintain a consistent brand image across all social media platforms, update profiles, monitor industry trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Foster online communities through active engagement with users, identify partnership opportunities, collaborate with the Paid Media team to increase engagement KPIs, and establish core brand metrics.
- **Reporting**: Monitor core metrics daily, weekly, and monthly, understanding tactics to improve KPIs, and provide consistent performance reports to the business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Social Media and Content Specialist, preferably in the online gambling or gaming industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about online gambling and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
