Frontend Engineering Lead

**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**

As a Frontend Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for our complete frontend architecture. You will lead an existing team of frontend and QA engineers and be responsible for the overall design, development, and delivery of the frontend components of our platform. You will work closely with the other engineering teams and product owners to ensure seamless integration and smooth user experience.

You will report to the Head of Engineering.

**YOUR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE**
- Monolithic architecture with Server side rendering
- Typescript, React, HTML, CSS, SASS, CSS Modules, Redux and Tanstack Query
- End to End Testing with Playwright
- Package management and semantic versioning using npm
- Monorepo using Lerna or Yarn Workspaces and tooling with Webpack, Rollup, Yarn 1, 3

**YOUR PROFILE**
- +5 years of experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or a similar role
- You have experience leading a team and collaborating with backend teams and product owners
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills
- You are passionate about sharing your knowledge, giving and receiving feedback, and mentoring your team members
- You understand and advocate agile workflows
- You take care of your work-life balance
- You are fluent in verbal and written English

**YOUR MISSION**

As a Frontend Engineering Lead, you will take ownership and be responsible for the software architecture and quality of our platform. You will help your team ship user stories and design and guide the software architecture to integrate with our existing platform, ensuring scalability according to our future growth expectations. As a leader, you will develop your teammates by understanding their individual talents and needs, working closely with your team, product owners, and fellow Engineering Leads. You will give guidance by having a clear tech vision, explaining the business perspective, and understanding our global architecture. Your leadership will be key in creating a successful and effective team.
