Frontend Guild Lead

**We are looking**:
For an experienced Frontend Developer to lead and nurture our community of front-end engineers. You are at the top of your game with a modern framework such as React, Gatsby, or NextJS and are proficient in TypeScript as well as ES6. You don’t shy away from leadership and your colleagues look up to you for advice and direction. You are a self-driven team player who can share knowledge and inspire others just by being themselves.
Bonus points if you’re familiar with server-side technologies (NodeJS, PHP/Laravel, Python), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Firebase) and most of all want to help millions of people across the world to make their lives better and healthier.

- Maintain frontend engineering guidelines and standards together with other members of the guild
- Nurture a community of frontend engineers via workshops, brown-bag sessions and hackathons
- Support and mentor other teams via code reviews, pair programming and design reviews
- Drive professional development of frontend engineers by maintaining learning paths and providing tailored recommendations
- Foster a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization
- Write clean code that serves as an example to others

**We expect you to**:

- Have at least 3 years of experience working with React, Gatsby or NextJS
- Have experience working with Redux, Redux-Saga, Styled-Components, Firebase and Typescript
- Have experience and knowledge of RESTful API’s (or GraphQL)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Love helping people grow
- Have no fear of failing
- Never kill the vibe
