**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As a Sample Library Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for the efficient operation of our sample library, a specialised warehouse environment crucial to our production processes. Reporting directly to the Product Library Manager, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including our Production, Ordering, Vendor Management, and Logistics teams. Your mission is to maintain a highly organised and effective sample library while driving process improvements to modernise and optimise operations.

Please note that this role is Berlin-based and requires full onsite presence; remote work is not possible.

**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- Oversee all stock-related processes and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of organisation and cleanliness within the Sample Library.
- Support the Product Library Manager with ad-hoc requests and projects, conducting regular audits, and reconciling audit reports.
- Facilitate the movement of Samples articles across different studios and vendors, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand and address their needs related to the Sample Library.
- Train, and support new team members within the Sample Library.
- Develop guides and presentations to communicate processes, KPIs, and continuous improvements.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a fashion retail or warehouse environment. A background in operations, logistics, fashion merchandising, or retail operations is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel being essential.
- Excellent communicator across different levels and teams in English (verbal and written) and basic communication in German.
- A valid B driver's licence is a plus for this position.
- Excellent work ethic, organisation, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve outdated processes.
- Hands-on mentality You work well within a team and willing to support others when needed. Ability to identify blockers, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions.
