**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Further development of the investor relations strategy in close collaboration with the management board of the DOUGLAS Group
- Preparation and continuous improvement of quarterly reports, the annual report, investor presentations, and all other IR communication materials
- Leadership and development of the Investor Relations team
- Advancement of targeted investor engagement as well as planning and execution of roadshows and investor conferences
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with investors and analysts while ensuring transparent communication
- Implementation and enhancement of digital processes to optimize investor relations activities, particularly in reducing publication timelines
- Preparation and execution of the annual general meeting in close coordination with the Group’s legal department
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements based on legal provisions
- Monitoring and analysis of relevant market developments, including macroeconomic factors and interest rates, to derive strategic recommendations

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital market communications—ideally in a publicly listed company or the financial sector
- In-depth understanding of financial metrics, capital markets, as well as macroeconomic and regulatory interrelations
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, combined with a high level of initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills—both in German and English
- Experience in leading and developing teams as well as implementing efficient processes
- Proficient in using investor relations tools, reporting systems, and digital communication platforms
