Zur Unterstützung des erfolgreichen Teams in Düsseldorf oder Ottobrunn bei München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Director M&A Immobilienwirtschaft (m/w/d) mit Perspektive auf Geschäftsführung in Vollzeit. DEINE MISSION * Als Director M&A übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle bei uns – strategisch, unternehmerisch und operativ. Kurz: Du bist Treiber unseres Wachstums und gestaltest aktiv mit * Du steuerst und entwickelst das Unternehmen kaufmännisch weiter * Du vertrittst imovion als Director M&A – mit echter Perspektive auf die Geschäftsführung * Du prüfst, strukturierst und begleitest spannende Transaktionen * Du baust Beziehungen zu Eigentümern, Investoren und Partnern aus * Du repräsentierst uns auf Messen, Veranstaltungen und in Verbänden * Du entwickelst unsere internen Prozesse weiter – digital, effizient, zukunftsorientiert * Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst unser Team * Du bringst neue Ideen ein, setzt Wachstums- und Innovationsprojekte um und treibst uns nach vorne DEIN PROFIL * Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position – idealerweise mit Bezug zur Immobilienwirtschaft (gern aus der WEG-Verwaltung) * Fokus auf Finanz- und Unternehmenssteuerung * Unternehmergeist mit Hands-on-Mentalität * Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten * Führungskompetenz und Lust, ein Team weiterzuentwickeln * Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Verlässlichkeit * Reisebereitschaft für Messen, Mandantentermine und Branchen-Events WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET * Gestalten statt verwalten: Bei uns bewegst Du Dinge – und siehst sofort die Wirkung * Unternehmerische Nähe: Du arbeitest eng mit den Gesellschaftern zusammen und gestaltest Entscheidungen mit * Dynamik pur: Spannende Deals, strategische Projekte und ein Markt voller Chancen * Freiraum für Ideen: Wir lieben frische Impulse – und geben Dir die Freiheit, sie umzusetzen * Langfristige Perspektive: Deine Rolle kann bis in die Geschäftsführung wachsen * Team mit Drive: Wir leben Professionalität, Unternehmergeist und echtes Miteinander * 30 Tage Urlaub * Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice BIST DU DABEI?
