Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: - Ensure administrative support to the VP Sales Central as well as the department. Support the VP Sales Central in the implementation of projects related to the execution of the adidas Central Europe strategy, as well as the European adidas Wholesale strategy.- Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to and coordinate projects and tasks for the implementation of the adidas Wholesale strategy - Contribute to the creation and/or revision of presentations, e.g., for sales & marketing meetings - Gathering and processing information for decision-making purposes - Analyze external developments/ trends/ competitors in the market (GER, AT, CH and Europe) and their impact on the adidas Wholesale strategy. - If required and in coordination: execution of operational tasks in the individual sales teams - Supporting the preparation and implementation of sales meetings (e.g., quarterly sales calls) - Carry out routine correspondence to ensure a timely and accurate response. - Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings/conferences, incl. room bookings and catering (if requested) - Organise the VP Sales' diary - Coordinate VP Sales team meetings, take minutes, follow up on defined "to do's" - Prepare travel expense reports - Supporting the sales team in the coordination of the Zone Central showrooms - Coordinating all available football and event tickets - Organizing major client events - Process departmental cost centers, including regular monitoring of budgets, approving invoices to ensure correct accounting procedures are carried out - Supporting the team and management as required - General other tasks: - Drafting, formatting/editing, proofreading, and finalizing a variety of materials, including correspondence, memos, minutes, reports, presentations, organizational charts and confidential documents. - Managing subscriptions and department publications. - Creating announcements, newsletters, updating relevant internal online platforms (SharePoint, Yammer, etc). - Administration of the purchasing platform with creation of shopping carts as well as purchase orders. Requesting quotations from internal and external suppliers as required. Creation and administration of material and supplier data. Monitoring of purchase order, goods receipt booking and preparation of invoice verification and invoice transfer. - Coordination and administration of investment requests and investment/inventory numbers. Invoice verification in cooperation with SSC. - Maintenance of data systems according to regulations and instructions. - Master data creation/update of temp. staff (< 1 yr.) and external staff in self service tools. - Contribute to the optimization of office facilities and relocations within the headquarters. - Support in the admission of new team members (workplace, hardware supply, master data maintenance, access rights, office supplies, etc.) - If required and in coordination: absence step-in of the Assistants to the VP Brand adidas and SVP & GM Central - Key Relationships: - Internal: Central Europe Sales Team, Europe Sales Team, Central Europe Management Team, Central Europe Brand Team (Wholesale Activation, CTC, Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing) - _External: adidas Kunden und Ansprechpartner von adidas Handelspartnern_ - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Advanced PC software skills - Very good written and spoken German and English skills - Very good communication skills - A high degree of service orientation when dealing with internal and external stakeholders and customers - Good understanding of numbers - Good organizational skills and basic project management skills - Advanced knowledge of SAP - Understanding and providing information on standards, processes and policies - Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: - Completed commercial vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience. Experience in sales is an advantage. - Combined theoretical and practical knowledge including company policies and business practices. - Basic knowledge in related fields of work.
