**Job Description**:
We are looking for an ambitious Director with a proven track record in Industrial & Logistics (I&L) construction projects and programmes of work.

You will be ‘market facing’ and recognised within the industry, developing existing client relationships.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting major I&L projects during initiation / set-up, contributing to the project execution plans (PEPs) and master programmes / schedules
- Take on key account role(s), project execution assurance and maintain client relationships
- Manage key client stakeholders across Europe
- Coordinate with project team leaders on project negotiations and execution
- Collaborate with the other business lines and teams
- Develop a position for the firm as a natural partner within this sector

**Skills required**
- Minimum 15 years relevant working experience delivering major construction and capital projects
- Extensive Industrial and /or Logistics experience
- Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team-player with the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management
- Multilingual skills desirable

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in a relevant discipline
