We are looking for an ambitious Project Director (M/F/d) within the Business Unit "Industrial, Science and Technology" in Frankfurt: **Responsibilities**: - Providing key technical and commercial advise to clients across industrial construction project (Data Centre, Pharma, etc.); - Managing key client accounts, helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters; - Support in setting up effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project; - Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan; - Managing the change control process; - Monitoring and advising upon project finances; - Preparing formal project progress and other reports; - Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. **Qualifications** - A construction/property related academic qualification / degree; - Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture; - 10+ years of working experiences in project management; experience in a consultancy preferred; - Proven track record of delivering major construction projects / programs (in the Data Centre and/or Pharma sector preferred); - Strong communication skills, hand-on mentality as well as leadership skills; - Fluency in English an German; - Available in Frankfurt, able to work on site. **Additional Information** Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
