Position based in our Frankfurt office - 3 days a week.
**OVERVIEW**:
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. You will manage high-performing sales teams and ensure the achievement of ambitious sales targets. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring leadership, sales expertise, and business acumen to deliver results in a highly competitive market.

**Sales Leadership & Strategy**:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
**Team Management & Development**:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance.
Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results, collaboration, and innovation.
Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier sales talent.
**Revenue Growth & Business Development**:
Drive new business acquisition while managing and expanding existing key accounts.
Develop strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals.
**Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies.
Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
**Skills & Attributes**:
Fluent German and English
**Experience**: 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in Consumer electronics, consumer goods or FMCG.
**Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in exceeding multi-million-pound revenue targets.
**Strategic Leadership**: Ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies.
**Negotiation & Closing**: Strong expertise in managing complex, high-value deals.
**Team Leadership**: Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
**Market & Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
**CRM & Sales Tech**: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
**Excellent Communication**: Strong presentation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
