**The role - your passion**
- You support customer service by phone and in writing in French and English, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is also a plus
- You are the first contact for prospective customers and advisors for our existing customers for the products rent, subscription, myroadsurfer and spots
- You take over the individual support of our customers before, during and after their roadsurfer Journey
- You edit, update and cancel existing bookings or subscriptions
- You are the contact person in case of damage, breakdowns, or complaints if something goes wrong

**What you need to surf the wave with us**
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English - excellent knowledge of other European languages also an advantage
- Desire for the area of customer service / support and a job in the service sector
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays, depending on shift schedule
- A real passion for camping, travel, road trips and faraway countries
- A positive mindset that our customers can feel through the phone
