**What can you expect?** - You are part of our Paid Social Marketing team and support the conception, creation and evaluation of product campaigns for the French market on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest - You gain a deep understanding of Paid Social Ads by participating in regular meetings with our performance agencies - You create, brief and manage the adaptation of Performance Marketing Creatives & Copies for the French market with the help of our Paid Social Managers - You assist in the development of creative campaign ideas and their implementation - You assist in the creation of campaign reports for brand & product - You conduct ad-hoc and regular performance and competitive analyses at an early stage - You support project management for various internal cross-team projects such as brand building & lead generation **What should you bring along?** - You are currently enrolled in a university degree program bachelor's or master's in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing, business informatics, media management and/or communications management - You are required to complete a mandatory internship (ideally of at least 5 months) as an enrolled student - You ideally have already gained some experience in online marketing, performance marketing or social media marketing through previous internships - You have a passion for social media and are at home in the world of TikTok, Instagram and Co - You have no problem working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - You have an independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a characteristic as a team player - You are native French (C2) and have a very good command of English (C1), both written and spoken **What do we offer?** - Varied, meaningful and purpose-driven work - Great team spirit and regular team events - A beautiful, bright, spacious office near the Isar river - An outdoor fitness facility at our office (for use at anytime) - Free vegan lunch once a week - A monthly voucher of 30Euro for our products - Family & friends discount codes for our company and our sister companies in Startups for Tomorrow - FutureBens & corporate benefits membership - Flexible working hours - Additionally 2 days of paid leave per year for your own personal environmental or community projects (Green and Social Impact Days") - Your own MacBook as long as you work at our company Job ID 92418
