**Eat the World** - das sind besondere Stadterlebnisse in mehr als 50 Städten in Deutschland. Mit der Marke **Eat the World** sind wir Marktführer bei kulinarisch-kulturellen Stadtführungen. Mit unserer zweiten Marke **Meet the World** bieten wir zahlreiche Stadterlebnisse von Outdoor Escape Games bis hin zu historischen Stadtführungen in Kooperation mit GEO EPOCHE. Wir öffnen unseren Kunden den Blick für das Verborgene und helfen beim Entdecken wahrer Schätze abseits der gängigen Touristenpfade.

**Damit überzeugen wir Dich**:

- Du leitest das Team People & Culture und berichtest an die Geschäftsführerin
- Du analysierst mit deinem Team und dem Führungsteam von Eat the World Chancen und Herausforderungen im Geschäft und entwickelst die P&C-Strategie
- Du erarbeitest mit deinem P&C-Team Konzepte und Projekte z.B. in den Bereichen Recruiting, Employer Branding, Onboarding, Mitarbeitendenbindung, Unternehmenskultur und Veränderungsbegleitung
- Du analysierest mit deinem P&C-Team den Status Quo bei Personalthemen und entwickelst KPI weiter
- Du entwickelst Personalprozesse und deren Kommunikation für die Guides von Eat the World
- Du initiierst mit deinem P&C-Team Befragungen und Fluktuationsanalysen bei den Guides von Eat the World
- Du bist Sparringspartner:in und bei Bedarf auch selbst Macher:in bei herausfordernden Personalangelegenheiten
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zur Personalabteilung des Mutterhauses und zu unserer externen Rechtsberatung
- Gelegentlich unterstützt du andere Abteilungen bei der Konzeption und Durchführungen von Workshops und Retros

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit (z.B. Personalmanagement, BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften)
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle im Personalbereich
- Du vereinst strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität mit ausgeprägter Führungs
- und Sozialkompetenz
- Du hast das Wesentliche im Blick, besitzt starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und verstehst es, Mitarbeiter:innen zu motivieren
- Du denkst zukunftsorientiert, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch
- Du hast Spaß am Gestalten und daran, neue Wege zu gehen
- Du bist empathisch und reflektiert
- Lernen und sich mit neuen Themen auseinander zu setzen, macht dir Freude
- Neben deiner Kommunikationsstärke zeigst du eine überdurchschnittlich hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie EDV-Affinität sind für dich selbstverständlich
