**Penumbra sells its products to hospitals and healthcare providers** primarily through its direct sales organizations in the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia, and through distributors in selected international markets.

For our customer service department in Berlin we are looking for a
**Customer Service Associate (M/F/d)** in full time for the next possible date.

**What you'll work on**:

- processing of orders in our ERP system (QAD / SAP)
- consultation with customers and colleagues
- providing data and information to colleagues from different teams
- administrative support of the Customer Service Team

**What you bring**:

- multiple years of experience working in an office environment
- basic computer skills, especially Outlook and Excel
- experience with ERP systems would be helpful, ideally SAP experience
- business fluent written and spoken English required
- knowledge of German/French/Polish/Scandinavian would be an advantage
- concentrated, accurate way of working when entering orders, also over a longer period of time at a stretch
- reliable self-organization
- proactive coordination with colleagues
- enjoy working in a team of different backgrounds and education
