For our office in **Hamburg **we are looking for a
**Project Controller (f/m/d) - Renewable Asset Central & Northern Europe**
**Your responsibilities**
- Support Project Management from origination until hand over to Asset Management in all concerns of interim financing aspects of our construction projects.
- Support in the setup of business plans for our renewable energy projects.
- Review and prepare the monthly reporting for the renewable projects including profit and loss statement, cashflow, balance sheet and financial KPI's on asset level.
- Keep close track and comprehension of the Financial Model for the renewable assets, providing feedback on the deviations with regards to closing figures.
- Analyse and report possible deviations of Time/Cost/Quality calculations during the project´s timeline in comparison to the business plan as well as budget and explain the deviations by close coordination with the different departments.
- Monitor the financing activities of respective Holding Companies in their role as financial intermediary.
- Prepare of project information for Portfolio and BU Controlling in matters of planning and actual reporting of projects along their life cycles.
**Your qualifications**
- Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Finance or Economics
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting, ideally in project or construction controlling for an international group of companies
- Knowledge of common controlling methods
- Experience with consolidation software and SQL database solutions would be desirable
- Proven analytical skills, complemented by a conscientious, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of English, German skills are of benefit
