Your tasks
To support our ambitious growth we are looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead Solution Implementation(M/F/d) to join our Transport Management (TM) team in Berlin. We are specifically looking for motivated and engaged rock stars who want to bring their (and our) PS on the road and are willing to go the extra mile to do so.
Our TM Solution Design and Implementation team is responsible for the Transport Management implementation for our new customers and the identification of potential for further product development. You will take over the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for leading and motivating the Solution Implementation Team to achieve its objectives
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the four-person team, ensuring high efficiency, productivity and capacity utilisation
- You will monitor the progress of the solution implementation and support with implementing new customers
- You will monitor progress in defining customer business and product needs for prioritisation by the Product Team.
- You are responsible for monitoring compliance with work processes and ensure best practises and quality standards
- You will participate in the hiring process of new employees, assessing hiring needs and taking responsibility for their onboarding by coordinating and conducting initial training sessions
- You will observe, develop and promote the talent in your team
Your Profile
- You have relevant professional experience of at least 4 years including know-how in the areas of 4PL services or Transport Management, logistics or road freight transportation
- You have a university degree in Economics or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- You are an open-minded and communicative person who has leadership experience
- You are able to work on different tasks and projects simultaneously and can prioritise your work effectively and feel comfortable in a startup environment, embracing the hands-on mentality and staying focused even at busy times
- You have highly developed project management and analytical skills. Knowledge of Product and Stakeholder Management is an advantage
- You have the ability to constantly challenge yourself and others to become their best selves
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint or similar is required
- You are fluent in English and German - other languages are an advantage
- You are located in Berlin
