WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN
- Responsibility for the trouble-free operation of the WAN infrastructure of the Rheinmetall Group
- Analysis and elimination of faults within the scope of 2nd level support (NOC)
- Administration and further development of the global WAN infrastructure
- Ensuring smooth operational processes in close cooperation with carriers and providers
- Planning and implementation of patch, change and configuration management
- Documentation and automation of workflows, recurring requirements and faults
- Collaboration in IT projects in the area of (W)LAN, WAN and security

**The position can be filled at the Bremen and Unterlüß locations.**

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the network environment
- Very good knowledge of current WAN technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS
- Operational experience in operation, monitoring and service levels of WAN components
- Confident handling of ITSM systems
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Process-oriented thinking and strong service mentality
