The role enables predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, and intelligent automation to enhance performance, resilience, and security in mission-critical communication systems.DescriptionDefine and implement data collection and telemetry strategies across diverse network segments.Design telemetry and monitoring architectures for real-time and historical analyticsEnsure data quality, integrity, and traceability across distributed systems and data pipelinesAnalyze network performance metrics (latency, throughput, jitter, packet loss) to detect anomalies, trends, and optimization opportunitiesBuild dashboards, reports, and visualizations for operational and executive decision-makersSupport capacity planning, SLA compliance, and fault prediction using statistical and machine learning techniquesIntegrate multi-vendor and multi-domain data sources into unified analytics and automation environmentsCollaborate with automation, cybersecurity, and network architecture teams to enable closed-loop optimization and security-relevant data insights Your QualificationsDegree in Data Science, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline3+ years of experience in network data analysis, telemetry, or performance monitoringProficiency with analytics tools (Python, R, SQL), visualization platforms (Grafana, Kibana, Power BI), and telemetry protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, sFlow)Experience with time-series databases (InfluxDB, Prometheus) and big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark)Familiarity with network architectures and protocols such as IP/MPLS, BGP, SD-WAN, 5G/NTNUnderstanding of cybersecurity and anomaly detection techniques is advantageousStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; experience in interdisciplinary settingsData or cloud certifications (AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Scientist) are beneficial We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Hybrid work & mobile work abroad Structured on-boarding process (incl.
