Join our executive programs team as a **Student Assistant**

(M/F/x, 20 hours/week, 14 €/hour, starting from September 2025 for one year)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

**How you will make a difference**:
You will
- Work closely with our team of program managers and support the team by taking on a range of program-related tasks, such as:

- Compiling program documentation for our participants, formatting and printing
- Setting up participant feedback surveys and preparing feedback reports
- Setting up courses on our e-learning platform
- Setting up seminar rooms (collect and distribute materials, prepare and distribute name labels)
- Taking inventory of supplies and materials, placing orders and stocking-up
- Preparing parcels with printings and materials for our off-campus programs
- Research various topics using online sources
- Assist in planning programs, conferences, meetings, seminars

You are qualified for this position, because you
- Are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program at least until the end of September 2026
- Are well-organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Have a great perception for details
- Are able to keep calm in turbulent phases
- Have fluent spoken and written English language skills, German language skills are a plus
- Have strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Have strong service orientation and very good communication skills
- Are a team player
- Thrive in an international environment
