Package Reliability Specialist

In your new role you will:

- **Be responsible for **reliability assessments **in package development projects
- **Determine **interactions between chip, package and board **within intercultural teams of experts
- **Define **accelerating test methods and subsequent physical analyses **in order to focus on expected failure mechanisms

You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and awards them a high priority and focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides. You strive for continuous improvement and promote an awareness for quality in your area of work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Electrical Engineering, Microtechnology or Physics **or a similar background
- First expertise in **semiconductor package reliability**:

- **Ability to thoroughly approach **observed failure modes and investigate the underlying failure mechanisms
- **Team oriented skills **and **intercultural competencies **in order to navigate between customers, development, production and other stakeholders
- **Fluent English skills, German is a plus**
