For our growing O&M Offshore organisation in BA Wind, we are now looking for a

**Logistics Lead Regional Support O&M Offshore Wind**

located in Hamburg.or Esbjerg

The main purpose of this position is to safely manage vessels (CTV and SOV) and helicopter requirements from planning to execution including suitability, procurement, pre-arrival checks, mobilisation and daily operation.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Prioritise Health, Safety, Environment and Quality within the region support function
- Be present at the vessels, CTV etc. in the region, ensuring Vattenfall's way of operating and ensuring a high HS level
- Coordinate all parties under work scope incl. - Planning, Site, Procurement, Commercial Management, Logistics & Site Operations and Customs
- Coordinating the sourcing of suitable vessels according to site requirements
- Manage daily Vessel Marine requirements
- Oversee vessel mobilisations including crew, technical equipment and HSE requirements
- Participate in monthly meetings with vessel crew and suppliers and attend relevant site planning meetings
- Actively coordinate materials for projects and vessels in scope of work
- Accountable for the optimization of logistics (CTV, SOV, Helicopter) towards Site/s across the region
- Accountable for data in area of responsibility to Asset Operational Readiness preparing sites out of warranty
- Responsible for dangerous goods documentation (IATA, ADR, IMDG)

**Qualifications** What we are looking for**:

- Experience as Freight Agent, Marine Navigator or similar
- Proven track record and experience in offshore vessel project operations
- High level of communication skill and excellent problem-solving skills
- Project Management skills
- IT competentence in MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook plus SAP
- Ability to prioritise own workload and organise time and tasks efficiently and be proactive
- Good English language skills, spoken as well as written
