42 Heilbronn is a coding school offering project-based, peer-to-peer learning. **Your Mission**

As Product Owner, you are responsible for managing and evolving the learning product at 42 Heilbronn.

You will ensure that our educational processes and projects provide an outstanding learning experience for our students while aligning with the overall vision of our educational approach.

You define the essential skillsets required to thrive in today’s tech world and develop the appropriate formats to cultivate them.

**Your Tasks**:

- Develop and communicate the Product Goal for our learning product.
- Create, refine, and prioritize Product Backlog items to ensure a clear, actionable roadmap.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from students, staff, and industry partners to continuously enhance the product.
- Collaborate closely with partner schools, other learning institutions, and the central 42 team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Communicate the learning product to students and support them throughout their journey.
- Analyze and present student data to identify trends or challenges across different cohorts. Propose and implement improvements based on findings.
- Develop events, programs, and workshops to build the soft and hard skills needed to succeed in the real world.
- Foster a self-organized, intrinsically motivated community of learners.

**Your Profile**:
**Must Have**
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills: you enjoy making sense of complexity and turning it into a clear plan.
- Excellent communication skills: fluent in English; German is a plus. You’re able to explain complex processes to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable interacting with students, staff, and industry partners to gather feedback and align expectations.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in an environment driven by experimentation and growth.
- A genuine passion for education and learning.

**Great to Have**
- 2+ years of professional experience in a tech, education, or product-related role.
- Comfortable with at least one programming language, with hands-on experience working as a coder in a professional setting.
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, and structured mindset with strong attention to detail.
