As the Business Support System Architect you will be responsible for the definition and design of the Mobile Security Germany enterprise architecture, in alignment with the business strategy of Mobile Security Germany and in collaboration with the Group Services IT team.Within this role you will become the central contact person within the organisation for the analysis, roadmap design and specification of requirements with regards to business support systems and associated interfaces, as well as providing advice, support and auditing for Project Management, Business Architecture and Solution Architecture for all integrated system design and data migration topics.

**Your tasks**:

- Take responsibility for the definition, architecture, design and integration of TCD Business Support System landscape into the overall product portfolio and ERP landscape
- Manage and provide BSS solutions and/or enhancements according to TCD E2E process requirements for the areas of Billing, Rating, Customer Care, Business Reports
- Act as interface between TCD Product Management, R&D and G+D Group Service organisation to design and enable E2E integrated BSS solutions
- Business support system management and integration for TCD and POD Group
- BSS E2E architecture framework - connecting product portfolio components, BSS and ERP platforms
- Integrate E2E process requirements into TCD BSS system landscape and Product Portfolio of TCD
- Synchronize requirements towards G+D ERP to integrate TCD BSS solutions into overall system architecture
- Interface between TCD SDO Design + Architecture, R&D and Group Services
- Play an active role in PLM process for all new product requirements and demands to ensure early involvement and early adaption of required changes in the TCD BSS system landscape - providing E2E solution proposal incl. effort and cost estimations
- Ensure security of TCD BSS architecture and systems

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor/University degree in computer science/electrical engineering or comparable degree
- 5+ years experience in business process management and/or information technology in international environments; professional experience in IT, ideally in the IT service industry
- Expertise in Project Management and Demand Management
- Experience with enterprise architecture principles
- Ability to develop solid working relationships with the business and supporting IT services
- Good communication skills as well as strong skills in dealing with people
- Fluent written and spoken English
