**As a Senior Buyer you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development, procurement process and portfolio analysis up to merchandising activities. This entails establishing seasonal assortment strategies, creating seasonal and financial plans, managing all purchasing budgets, overseeing all product and production processes and conducting analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Building strong relationships and maintaining contact with our suppliers is crucial to us.**:

**Die Rolle**:
- Independently manage our entire product range, from planning and procurement to product performance analysis.
- Develop budget plans, steer the assortment through KPI-based analysis, and maintain a comprehensive view of the portfolio.
- Actively cultivate relationships with existing and new suppliers, overseeing the technical and organizational coordination of all interfaces.
- Drive the strategic expansion of our product portfolio.
- Stay ahead of daily competition, align marketing plans with all stakeholders, and identify tomorrow's trends.
- Work closely with product development, from ideation to product launch, significantly influencing the strategic expansion of our product portfolio.
- Own process and tools like asana and PLM.
**Dein Profil**:
- Degree in business or têxtile management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a buyer in the têxtile industry, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical understanding.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and assertiveness.
- Structured work approach and reliability even in times of high pressure.
- Strong sense of trends and understanding of fashion.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
