**Senior Director of Product & Asset Management (m/w/d)**:
Location: Maisach

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Leading and developing a department of product marketing professionals to manage all aspects of product, pricing & asset management, drive sales growth, maximize profitability and optimize supplier relationships
- Evaluating and adjusting TTI’s various product strategies and processes. Analyzing and evaluating inventory levels and product mix to continually improve on-time delivery and operate within company goals
- Developing and strengthening product resources to ensure for succession planning and in-line with future growth opportunities
- Developing and maintaining high level relationships with key supplier management to position TTI as the preferred partner of choice
- Working & aligning closely with TTI sales & marketing management, as well as other departments, to understand the needs of the business, support growth, sales strategies, supplier plans and achieve total customer satisfaction, both internally and externally
- Ensuring supplier and product plans/ strategies are aligned throughout the team
- Evaluating product commodities to ensure continual viability and profitability, as well as identifying trends and technology changes to position company in a leadership role
- Determining,communicating, monitoring and executing core KPI's to exceed goals and objectives

**What you bring to us**:

- University Degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in a related role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous purchasing and electronics industry experience is preferred
- Proven leadership skills and ability to make responsible decisions
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills
- Experience in preparing reports and correspondence proficiently and professionally
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
- Several years of experience of our industry and knowledge of company products and services
