You support our team as

CHEMICAL DEVELOPER (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation, and evaluation of development projects for lubricant systems
  • Investigation of customer and competitor samples
  • Close coordination with our production departments with regard to increasing efficiency and
  • improving our processes
  • Support of product developments through to series production
  • Cooperative collaboration with our customers, suppliers, and sister companies
  • Maintenance of development documentation
  • Support of the quality control department
  • This is a 3 year fixed term position

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in chemistry (bachelor's, master's) or training as a chemical technician or industrial foreman in chemistry
  • Innovative spirit
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
  • High degree of initiative and motivation
  • Willingness to take on personal responsibility
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Openness and loyalty
