In your role you will contribute to unlocking the full potential of our workforce by helping them collaborate more efficiently.

Here’s your chance to join We’re looking for a **Coach & Facilitator (all genders)** to become part of our **Beats & Bytes** team at our Headquarters in **Berlin**. It will be a **permanent full-time position**.

**Your gig**:

- You facilitate coaching sessions to help teams collaborate better, both in 1:1 coaching and team coaching
- You will coach teams throughout the change process from a project-based way of working to a user-centric product development approach
- You design workshops and tools, which enable our teams to collaborate more efficiently
- You help our colleagues as a workshop facilitator, e.g. in the areas of product, strategy, collaboration, communication, processes etc.
- Together with your colleagues you further develop our “UMG Collaborators” offer
- You constantly contribute to knowledge spreading and growth within the Product & Design & Collaboration team
- You design and run internal trainings, e.g. in agile, design thinking, design sprints, ideation, rapid prototyping, strategy, and collaboration. You contribute to the organization of our internal conference “Product Month”
- You coach product managers and help us grow as a product organization, e.g. rolling-out user-centric product development process, defining standards for outcome-oriented roadmaps, measuring success etc.
- You ensure the continuous increase of the digital and agile maturity of the company and its employees
- You support the change management processes, e.g. via creation of visual content as videos, graphics, presentations or through organization of informational events etc.

**We are keen to jam with you if you**:

- You hold a degree in (organizational) Psychology, Economic Science, Product Management, Business Informatics or a similar field, or were able to acquire the required knowledge through relevant work experience
- You are an experienced facilitator and coach
- You have experiences in agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban) and user-centered ideation processes (design thinking and design sprints)
- You feel confident and natural reading, writing and speaking English as well as German (both at least C1 level)
