We’re looking for a **working student (all genders)** **to become part of our **Beats & Bytes** team with focus on **product management** within the Stage+ product team.
**Your tasks**:
- You are working closely with the product manager of the Stage+ product
- You are responsible for some of the product management tasks
- You work in product trios with product management, design, research and engineering
- You actively contribute to the development of our product management standards and user-centric mindset within the whole company
- You help prepare events, workshops, presentations, vlogs, infographics and data flow charts
- You aid us in the development of our tech network Beats & Bytes

**You fulfill these requirements**:
- You study product management, management, or another relevant field of study
- You love talking to users
- Constructive nonconformity is one of your strengths
- You bring product management experience from different user-centric product teams
- Enthusiasm for the digital world is a plus
- You think strategically, analytically, innovatively, unconventionally and can quickly determine correlations
- It’s easy for you to display information graphically in an easily accessible way
- You are reliable and through your structured and organized way of working you can stay on top of stressful situations
- Your communication and team skills are very good and you like working in an interdisciplinary team
- You feel confident and natural reading, writing and speaking English, German skills are a plus
