"Lifetime account" with opportunities to save for sabbaticals or early retirement- Health: healthy, subsidized meals in our employee restaurant, access to the free gym with sports offers, online sports courses, support in the event of personal problems and free use of the Headspace app- Learning & Development: we support you on your individual career path- Networking: networks within the company to spotlight all diversity aspects within the company, as well as participate in various company events- Other benefits: Profit participation, Christmas bonus, vacation allowance, travel allowance, etc. Your tasks: - Reporting to the Compliance Officer you will support the Compliance team to design, enhance and implement a Compliance Management System for the Mabanaft Group (national/international)- Conduct in-person compliance trainings- Develop new and oversee existing compliance risk assessments and risk mitigation tools- Support integration of compliance processes and procedures in IT supported workflows- Analyze and respond to compliance related reports, concerns and requests from internal and external stakeholders- Conduct KYC-Checks (Know Your Counterparty)- Independently identify and lead compliance projects to ensure continuous improvement of the Mabanaft compliance program Your profile: - Preferably experience in legal, business/finance or engineering sector or similar area combined with professional working experience in a compliance environment or related function- Analytical mindset with an eye for practical solutions- Integrity, decisiveness, and good judgement in a fast-paced environment- Sound practical experience in project management and in international teams- Flexibility for travel to support the groups global activities- Must be proficient with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Affinity to IT and experience with internal controls and accounting systems is a plus- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus Your Contact:
