The **Adler Pelzer Group** is a worldwide leading company for acoustic and thermal components and systems in the automotive industry. Our group has built a network of manufacturing plants, research and design facilities close to the main automotive hubs in the major geographic regions, in more than 80 locations with over 15,000 employees worldwide.

As part of our Organizational Development activities, we are launching a **“Global Graduate Program” **to develop new talent for our organization.

Launched in Europe, US and South America and potentially Asia, the Program foresees a period of four to five years training within various business functions and possibly different countries.

**GLOBAL GRADUATE PROGRAM**

Your Tasks
- Learn how the business works in an international company with a Matrix Organization
- Work in the automotive industry as part of our team
- Bring in your passion and personal dedication to build-up together our future and the companies vision
- Work out a specific project based on business needs and under efficiency / improvement aspects
- Be fully flexible and mobile to be ready for the challenge

Your Profile
- Completed technical studies in e.g mechanical Engineering, Chemicals Engineering, Management Engineer (e.g. BA with Engineering focus)
- 1-3 years of working experience
- Common user IT skills
- English is a must
- Team player and open to work in an intercultural environment
- Full mobility globally
- Personal engagement and dedication for personal growth
