**Aufgaben**:

- As CFO at our Mexico location, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the Finance, Controlling, Compliance, HR, IT, and Procurement functions across our plant in Mexico for thyssenkrupp Springs & Stabilizers (SP).
- You will lead the development of budgets and forecasts, evaluate business opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations. As a key advisor to the global SP Board, you will support financial decision-making, performance monitoring, and the implementation of action plans to achieve business targets.
- You will drive the continuous improvement of business processes and lead our performance program turn.it to enhance competitiveness. You will also manage intercompany transfer pricing and support our digitalization strategy, including SAP, MES, CRM, and PRM initiatives.
- Collaboration with other business units in Mexico and international coordination within the BU SP and the thyssenkrupp Group are integral to your role. You report directly to the global CFO of the Business Unit.

**Profil**:

- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- You have several years of leadership experience, ideally with profit and loss responsibility.
- You bring extensive professional experience, including in manufacturing companies (preferably in the automotive sector).
- You possess strategic foresight combined with strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality.
- You are a leadership personality with excellent communication skills in dealing with partners, customers, suppliers, and employees.
- You think and act entrepreneurially and innovatively. Analyzing and further developing existing business processes are among your strengths.
- You are highly self-motivated and demonstrate exceptional commitment.
- You have gained international experience through professional assignments abroad and regular contact with international customers and suppliers, building intercultural understanding and enjoying international business travel.
- You have business-fluent Spain and English skills, both written and spoken.
