**Requirement**:

- Several years of experience in an IT Service Desk
- onsite
- 5 days should be available to come in office, intermediate (B1 orB2) German and English (fluent),in and around Stuttgart
- Windows support, Upgrades like windows 7-8 and so up to 11, hardware HP laptops, Needs to know SCCM, Asset management, stock management, onsite technical support desktop, eligible to stage.
- Sound knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change and problem management)
- Basic understanding of the relationships of complex IT infrastructures (OS, database, storage, network, etc.)
- Efficient way of working and analytical skills
- Fluency in German and English combined with strong communication skills (from level B1)
- Willingness to work shifts within a 24/7 model
- Desirable: existing experience with a ticket system (ServiceNow, CISM, etc.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualification, creation, and routing of tickets according to ITIL (incidents, changes, tasks, etc.)
- Opening service requests from different manufacturers
- Access management: Verify and log accesses
- Escalation management: participation and initiation of crisis meetings
- In your role as a support analyst, you are an extremely valuable link between production and the other specialist teams.
- Work is carried out in a 24/7 shift model. Conscientious training and a clear division within the shift operation ensure that you remain flexible and continue to expand your wealth of experience with new technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to 200.00€ per day
