Job Title: VIP Desktop Support EngineerLocation: Untertürkheim, Stuttgart, GermanyEmployment Type: Full-time / ContractWork Mode: On-site (supporting executive / board members / VIP users)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced VIP Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-level technical support for senior executives and VIP users. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and the ability to support users in a fast-paced and high-priority environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide dedicated on-site IT support for senior leadership, board members, executives, and critical business users.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Windows / macOS laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, printers, meeting room equipment, and AV devices.Support and manage Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams / SharePoint, VPN, remote access tools, and collaboration systems.Coordinate with backend IT teams, network teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues.Maintain and document support procedures, asset inventory, and incident reports in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).Provide support for VIP meetings, onsite / hybrid video conferences, and executive presentations.Ensure high confidentiality, customer service excellence, and urgency when handling issues.Support laptop imaging, deployment, security policies, MFA, antivirus monitoring, and OS patching.Perform proactive health checks and technology upgrades for VIP equipment.Required Skills & Experience4–8+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / VIP Support roles.Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD.Experience supporting MFA, BitLocker / encryption tools, Microsoft Intune / SCCM.Good understanding of network basics, VPN, WLAN, LAN troubleshooting.Experience with meeting room technologies, Zoom/Teams/Polycom/AV systems.Excellent communication skills in English; German language (B1/B2 preferred).Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
