Our tech leads are the face of the technical team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterate on delivery to make a profound and long-lasting IT impact through Cloud-driven transformation. Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that comes together seamlessly and the Tech Lead is the architect behind this delivery.

Tasks

Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team.
- Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment.
- Ensure that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process.
- Communicate with each stakeholder (customer team and internal team) and gather all the relevant requirements for an A-grade delivery.
- Be the face of the Cloud Adoption technical team towards the customer and deliver on the expectations.
- Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve the delivery quality.
- Provide insights into the feasibility and complexity of various technical tasks and contribute to more accurate planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team.

Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers.
- Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Great attention to detail, nothing goes by you.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality and very detailed work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and summarize project progress.
- Comfortable with taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
- Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment.
