**Discover your exciting role**:

- As our Working Student HR Talent Management you will be supporting the Global Talent Management & Development Team in development and roll-out of talent management solutions while our organization is expanding.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Involvement into learning and development topics, projects and initiatives
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other communication material
- Training curation out of existing online training portfolio according to annual roadmap
- Realization of online trainings with Adobe Articulate according to existing learning content (transfer from PowerPoint into Articulate)
- Maintenance of related intranet content pages
- Gain insight in a global HR organization as part of a global competence center and work closely together with other teams as such as regional / global HR Business Partners in a diverse environment

**Show your expertise**:

- Currently studying business administration, human resources management, business psychology or a similar course of study
- Interested in the areas of learning and development, personnel development or organizational development and ideally have some experience in these areas
- Enjoy working with other people, have good communication skills and be empathetic
- Reliable when dealing with confidential personal data and information
- Strong planning and organizational skills as well as the ability to use your initiative
- Solution-driven with hands-on-mentality
- Passionate about growing talent
- Business
- and customer-orientated mindset
- Committed and team oriented with a structured work style
- Fluent German and can also communicate well in English
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel and ideally (not a must) Adobe Articulate
